The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, providing excellent customer service, insurance and patient billing.
The Front Desk Manager must be organized, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently.
They must also have a good understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner.
Insurance and patient billing Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure a neat and orderly appearance.
Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update as needed.
Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
