Responsibilities:
Records, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable Creates Invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers Develops correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections Identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files and contacts delinquent accountholders Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested Copies, files and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed Relays changes of information to appropriate employees Performs other related duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software and trainable on other software that D&N may use Ability to work independently Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of related experience Ability to maintain confidential records and information in an organized manner Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to talk on the telephone with customers Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
