Budtenders are knowledgeable about various cannabis products and can provide detailed descriptions and explanations of products to customers, help customers find products specific to their needs, and perform sales transactions while restocking products on the sales floor as necessary.
Applicants must have their own transportation and be able to pass the required background check, have a Michigan ID and be 21 or older.
Budtenders must promote a positive work environment using strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities:
Facilitating the sale Provide strong customer service daily including an optimistic attitude, welcoming personality, and driven work ethic.
Become well-educated with all medicinal products offered and/ or willing to learn! Complete opening and closing procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the facility, as well as ensure all daily offerings and specials are up to date.
Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients on-site and over the phone.
Process paperwork for new patients by getting proper information securely entered into our POS system.
Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files.
Handle customer carry-out orders, verify ID medical cards, process, and cash out orders, and run orders out to customers.
Educate members to ensure all patients are receiving the correct medication that will best help their illness and/or condition.
Qualified Candidates should meet the requirements below:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and repeated absences for shifts are not tolerated.
Personal and Reliable transportation At least 1 year of Customer Service and Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift 20 lbs.
and be able to work on their feet for long shifts.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed, have Flexible hours/availability, willing to cover shifts Open to submitting to a background check Experience in retail cannabis (preferred) Job Type:
