We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist.
You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Your ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and direct inquiries effectively will be essential to our business's success.

Be the backup for direct incoming phone calls.
Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the relevant departments.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and ensure a neat and organized workspace.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to support various office tasks.
Handle basic administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
What We Want From You High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
