Quality Control Manager Division:
Quality Full-Time Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Trains quality staff Assist in developing schedules for the quality department Conducts performance evaluations Handles discipline in accordance with company policy Communicates quality standards to the quality team and other appropriate staff Reviews customer feedback Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws and policies Identifies and analyzes issues and defects, and other problems occurring in company products Answers customer assessments and submits required quality information to customers on request Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets 3-5 years of experience in related field with supervisory experience Job Type:
