com Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
Working with a team to assemble entire products or components Rotating through tasks for specific production and processes Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the shop Conduct quality inspections on products and parts Gluing rubber extrusions into correct hand of part Gaging parts Applying assigned inspection labels Packing parts into proper dunnage Prepare parts for packaging and shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area Using a variety of tools and machinery including forklifts, power drills, grinders, and saws Employees will be expected to work in all areas of assembly, as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Previous manufacturing experience is a plus Computer skills, preferred Ability to work in a team or independently Ability to work quickly and methodically Energetic and hardworking Ability to handle physical work load (standing for long periods of time, repetitive tasks, lifting 25
lbs) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (not testing for marijuana) Ability to follow instructions Attention to detail Punctuality Dependability Benefits start after 90 days!
